#### Where it drops in PvE

Maximum chance, one roll per victory; in practice it can be lower, like other PvE drops.

#### Other sources

- Defended bandit raid: 50% chance of 1–2 Folios
- Weekly cap: 35 per week, counting only drops (PvE and raids). Anything from other sources is outside the cap, and using them has no cap.

- Auction: Can be sold at the Auction House.

#### Use

- Use: Spent on Technology research: Tier II and Foreman.
