#### Where it drops in PvE

Maximum chance, one roll per victory; in practice it can be lower, like other PvE drops.

- Guild Shop: 35 Seals, 1 every 7 days. Arrives as a Sworn Codex (account-bound).
- Weekly cap: 3 per week, counting only PvE drops. Fusion and other sources are outside the cap, and using them has no cap.
- Auction: A Free Codex (PvE and fusion) can go to the Auction House; a Sworn Codex (Guild Shop) is bound to the account.

#### Use

- Use: Spent on Technology research: Tier III and Oath.
